Morning Mass: Mon. Cardio home routine #4





Hey guys, it's Monday the start of
a new week. Have to shake the 
rust from the weekend off!

Always seek your Doctors okay
before starting any fitness routine.

Before we start go brew your
coffee and then your 2 glasses
of water along with your multi
vitamin and your fish oil pill.

Today is all challenging yourself.

Do the whole set 2-3 times!

Do as much as you can!
