Morning Mass: Friday Frenzy




Hey guys,
Thanks for coming for Fridays
Morning Mass: Friday Frenzy.
Where the focus is lower body.

(Disclaimer: please get your
Dr.'s approval before starting
any fitness routine.)


Morning Mass is every day,
it is that the exercise part
is Monday, Wednesday and
Friday. Part of the routine
of everyday is upon waking
getting in that 2 glasses of
water and to get those multi
vitamins so that you will not
forget!

So today's set is to be done
for a total of 3 times!

Now remember when doing
squats and lunges to never
have your knee go past your
toes. Of at all possible think
of your knee and heel in a
straight line. Form is very
important to not only help
prevent injuries but to also
target the muscles we are 
trying to work.
