Morning Mass: Monday Strong




Hey guys,
Happy Monday and welcome to
another edition of Morning Mass
Monday Strong! You have heard
me say it many times, how you
start is how you finish. Start
strong, end strong!

Embrace the start of a new 
work week! Commit to starting
sharp and focused.

(Disclaimer: always seek your 
Dr.'s approval before starting
any fitness routine.)

If your a tea or coffee drinker
go get that brewing then go
straight to downing 2 glasses
of water. At this time take
your multi vitamin and your
calcium or fish oil. This is a
routine so that you will never
forget.

Do some light warm up and
stretch. You never want to 
go into something cold.

Monday strong is always an
upper body focus. We are
also adding a new move, 
the tricep dips.

This where you find a secure
chair or coffee table. It is
a very good idea to maybe 
have it up against a wall
so that it will not move. 
Sit in it with back straight
up and legs close together
and your palms on each
side of the leg. You will
push your butt off the 
edge of the seat and now
dip until your elbow and
shoulder is perpendicular 
with the floor. Then raise
back up. That is one rep.

This is meant to target
your triceps which is
a problem area for most
people.

This set is meant to be
performed 4 times. Do
what you can. Then you
should strive to do better
next time.
