Morning Mass: Core Focus


Hey guys,
Happy hump day! We're getting through the week,
we're halfway there! Let's celebrate that with a nice
workout routine that is Core Focus.

As always upon waking get in your 2 glasses of water,
take your multivitamins and whatever else you may
take so you will not forget. Morning Mass or our Mass
in general whether it's in the Afternoon or Evening. Is
a formation and a dedication of habits to empower the 
start of our day and the ending.

Okay today's workout:
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Left side crunches
10 Right side crunches
10 Situps
30sec Plank
30sec Wall sit
5 Rounds total

When your done with this I implore you to make sure
that you are eating breakfast. A protein rich one may
I add. It's pretty remarkable what happens when we
start doing a lot of small yet important things that in
turn reward us with much more energy and vitality.
