Morning Mass: Monday Strong



Hey guys,
Happy Monday to you! It is the start of another great
week. With it brings all new opportunities and what
better way to meet and embrace them is with a great
workout first thing in the morning!

First please go get your 2 glasses of water in and also
take your multi vitamin, fish oil and whatever else,
you may take so that you will not forget. Great habits
are what we are aiming to form so it's just natural.

Today's routine
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Push ups
20 Bicep curls
10 Counter push ups
20 Tricep kickbacks 
Do this set 3 times.

You want need more 1 or 2 more sets.
BONUS do a wall sit for 30 to 60 seconds.
