Competition vs Creating

The Energy within you is limitless...

Good Morning, Afternoon or Good Evening wherever
you may be. I do hope this finds you in good spirits
Thank you for stopping by here today to read our new
post we have for you titled Competition vs Creating.

When you think of the word competition you tend to
think of a race or you against another person in a some
sort of challenge and without knowing it you are! Let
me explain.... when we tend to see people in a house
we like, a nice car, great job, or even of a body we
we have we tend to go in instant complaint. Why do
they have this? They don't even value what they have!
Why do others have it so great where I continue to
struggle? I will NEVER have anything?

Sound familiar?

We tend to focus on what we don't have rather than
the blessings that we currently have and enjoy. The
focus though is on lack and if we continue to focus
and repeat to ourselves on a daily basis that we are
without, guess what.. we'll continue to get more of
of that.

So instead of this competing with others that we
seem to constantly do, get into a creation mode.

Many of the most successful are not concerned with
competition they are too busy creating!

We are here to enjoy life, we are here to create
joyous experiences for ourselves! What we think
of we will bring about - energy flows where
attention goes. We cannot be at a constant guard
of what we think, that's just too much work, what
we go by is our emotional guidance system. If
anything doesn't make you feel right it isn't and
should be discarded. If it makes you feel alive
then embrace it, whatever it is.

The next part in creating though is the "work"
that makes us in a joyous state. So whatever
THAT may be.. do more of it! Playing the guitar,
painting, photography, writing, helping and
being in the service of others do it! Do much
more of it!

When you see the house you like next time say
I love that house, aspects of that house I want
that in my experience. The next time you see
or hear of the great career get into creating by
saying I love that and I want it into my experience.
Seeing the athletic body that you favor, get
going start creating by saying I love that and I
will have that in my experience!

The take away message is stop the habit of
thinking that you're in lack and in a competition.
Put that great energy to better use a better you!

So get creating more states of emotional joy,
create more content for your business, create
more art, create more harmony within yourself,
create more love between you and your partner
to spread into the family. Count your blessings
and you'll find that you;ll have many more..

I want to thank you again for stopping by here
today, we're all in this together. Let me know
if I can ever be of any help to you..

Remember to keep...

Naked

Good Morning, Afternoon or Good Evening wherever
you may be. I do hope this finds you in good spirits.
Thank you for stopping by here today to read our new post we have for you today titled Naked. Yes you read that correctly and you'll soon find out
why.
Quite a few challenges and events have been going on
recently. Chief of which was walking into my mother's home and finding that she had passed away and not a day goes by where I don't think of her. When this happened in mid February, I had no idea
how I was to go on.. to continue. I slowly had to remind myself of everything I have learned the last few years of self discovery and my never ending thirst of knowledge in personal development. Of all the
things that I write about and share and encourage
with others to take better care of themselves, to keep that burning hope inside that may have dimmed,
to return it bright and alive. I now had to encourage
myself. I had to return to my core philosophy of the
namesake of the very website you're reading right
now.

How to bounce back, how do you carry on when
faced with life's adversity. I have always been heard
to say you must CONQUER life's adversity. Doing that you must carry on with your true intentions
Just what are intentions? Intentions are a thing
intended, an aim or plan. It's purpose, a course of
action that one intends to follow. Do you have
any intentions? Do you know what they are? Life
CAN be hard at times. If you've been following my
writings at all you know that I am a firm believer in
the laws of attraction but I also do not just think
that "oh just think happy thoughts and happy things
will happen to you, no." Life can be hard and will
knock you on the head! That's where living with
intentions will be your road map, your course to
come out of it all.

Finding what they are requires that you have an
honest talk with yourself. Removed from all ego,
what and how do you want your life to be lived.
It takes a lot of truth, a sincere candor with yourself,
stripping all of the ego and past baggage and essentially getting naked. What do you want, what
has gone on that has not worked and how from this
moment on  you're going to get there.

Some of mine are taking care of my family financially
stress free. To be financially independent. To have more inner peace and to live with a lasting sense of serenity. To have a more stronger and loving relationship with my family. To awake and end each and every day with a heart full of gratitude and compassion for those around me. To use my gift that our creator has given me to it's fullest capacity.

We all have a gift that we can and should share
with the world. During my difficult time I was reminded of all these because of my intentions but it
was also because Marnie reminded me what they
are and who I am. Sometimes it takes someone on
the outside of you to remind you, to show you what
is on the INSIDE of you. I'm forever indebted to her.
I'm also grateful to my friend Fred and Donnie, that
reminded me what in essence my gift that has been
given to me by my creator and that is of encouragement.

No matter what crisis that has gone on, that is
currently going on or the ones that will come in
the future. I will forever stand firmly with strength,
love, patience and gratitude. To continue to live
with intention and to offer a helping hand to each
and every one of you however I can.

Living out Louder is not an arrival. It is not a
successful destination. Living out Louder is an
amplification of the greatness that is within you!

Start Living with intention..
Start Living your TRUTH!
Keep Living out Louder

Many blessings to you all..

Morning and Evening Mass Power Questions

Morning & Evening Mass Power Questions

Good Morning, Afternoon or Good Evening
wherever you may be. I do hope this finds you
in good spirits. It has been awhile since we last
talked, so I wanted to pop in and let you know
we haven't gone anywhere. Living out Louder
is still growing and going stronger than ever.

You may have noticed our exercise portion
of Morning Mass has been absent as of late.
With good reason though. There is some of you
that may know we have started the INSANITY
workouts to our program, because of that, the
exercise portion of Morning Mass has been put
on hold for now. Although I am in the process
of putting some meditation/tai chi/yoga routines
together to replace that, which will soon to
come.

Mass hasn't stopped whether it's in the
Morning or the Evening. Mornings still
consist of waking up drinking water and
taking my multi-vitamins and having a
breakfast meal or protein shake. What
is also a staple of Morning Mass is that
I without fail ask  myself three power
questions.

1. What am I most Grateful for?

2. What Good can I do today?

3. Who do I love?

These three questions set myself up
for the day. They center me to begin
the day with calmness, gratitude and
an eager hunger to accomplish what
has to be done for the day.

Additionally when I do lay my head
down for the night, I reflect on the
days events by asking another set of
Evening Mass power questions.

1. What am I most Grateful for today?

2. What was Good about today?
    (what did I learn?)

3. Who do I love?

I cannot tell you how much these
questions have helped me at the
start and ending of my day. They
truly are great bookends. When
you come to realize that thoughts
really do become true for how we
behave physically and spirtually
it only makes perfect sense to set
yourself up in the most positive
position possible.

I challenge you to add these set
of power questions at the start
and ending everyday for at least
seven days!

If you have something similar in
your routines or if you adopt these
power questions into your daily
habits I would love to hear your
thoughts on it.

Cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude!

I want to thank you for stopping
by here today to read this post. I
certinly do appreciate it. I also do
hope that it helps you on your
own journey in some way. After
all we are all in this together.
Remember to keep.....

An Attitude of Gratitude

Could you write a list of things
that you are grateful for in your
life, right now? Can you write
at least 12? Then each day add
3 more to that list, until the
year is over?

Now you may say "Well I don't
like where I am currently at my
job." That's a refinement that
can and will change. Can you
say that you are grateful for
having a job, when so many
are without one?

Or that no one loves you or
cares because of a few bad
relationships that didn't work
out, when you are surround
by so many friends and family
that love you.

Hopefully it's not too much of
challenge for you to complete
this list. Some ideas could be
what are you most grateful
for in 2012. Maybe what 12
events you are most grateful
to in your lifetime? I'm sure
you'll find something there.

You don't have to share this
list with anyone. If you want
to you can share your list of
12 things your most grateful
for in the comments section
below.

Also add 3 to that list until
the end of the year.

It is my hope, that you will
cultivate an attitude of
gratitude.

Merry Christmas from Living out Louder

"Christmas is not a time nor a
season, but a state of mind.
To chersih peace and goodwill,
to be pleanteous in mercy, is to
have the real spirit of Christmas"
Calvin Coolidge

I wanted to personally wish all
of you a very Merry Christmas.

To all of my friends that I have
met in the last year, I hope that
these next couple of days are
filled with warmth and love that
you have given me. Continuing
to get to know you all has truly
been the best gift I could recieve.

I consider each and every one of
you as family.

That these next few days and the
ones thereafter are blessed. I hope
that your faces are filled with joy
and plenty of laughs and smiles!

Have a very Merry Christmas!

Dave
