The Ultimate SIn

You are not alone.
You may think that the despair
that you're feeling, this utter
hopelessness has left you to
think that you are totally alone
in this world. That no one can
possibly have any idea what
you are going through.

The pains of disappointment,
of traumas may have left you
with the feeling of why try at
all anymore. So you have, you
have given up. Given up that
anything good will come your
way ever again.

You are not alone.
Your struggle is my struggle.

I am also here to say that you
can turn this all around. That
you can have what you want,
what you deserve.

To fill your life with the child
like wonderment of what is
next. To fill your life once more
with confidence, with love and
people that will encourage you
to reach for new heights.

Your setback is the platform for your comeback!

You know deep down, there
is something in you. Much
more than what you may be
giving out. And there is! You
may have just forgotten what
it feels like.

The Ultimate Sin is to not live
up to your potential.

You are better than this.
Your setback is the platform
for your comeback. The only
way to turn this around is to
act. To make your stand firmly
into the ground.

You will not stand alone.
I will stand with you, every step
of the way. Throughout every
stumble, throughout every small
victory we will rise once more.
Together.

To go even further, in August I
will be doing the P90X program.
I'm now forming an accountability
group. This is our chance to be
able to show our friends, our
family, the world that anything
can happen.

Most importantly to show to
ourselves once more that
if committed no barrier can
stand in our way.

Get Out of the Gym!

Good Morning, Afternoon or Good
Evening wherever you may be.
Thank you for stopping by our site
today. I do hope that it finds you
in good spirits. What I wanted to
talk about today is something I felt
needed to be adressed.

GET OUT OF THE GYM!

Yes, that's right. The very guy who
advocates adding more fitness in
your life is saying to you, "Get out
of the gym!"

I find far too often that this ends
up being an obsession, that it's the
be all, end all. Either your going to
end up burning out or you end up
becoming very one dimensional,
that you are missing out on the
other joys life has to offer.

As the late Author Mike Mentzer
once said, "Fitness should be an
adjunct to the rest of your life."

Now let me make this very clear.
Now I'm not saying cut this out of
your life completely. Absolutely
not! What I am saying is this
should be added into your life to
make you more disciplined, to
make you hug a little tighter, to
make you stronger to handle the
rest of the days battles. To make
you more focused to meet your
goals.

So, get out of the gym! When
you're there attack, when you
leave, conquer the rest of your day
and most of all, Enjoy it!

Remember to keep.......

Morning Mass: Wednesday Power Legs!

Hey guys,
Happy Wednesday! It's also
12/12/12 the last repetative
date we'll ever see again.
But what we won't see the
last of is Morning Mass and
Challenging our minds and
bodies!

As a disclaimer, please get
your Dr.'s approval before
starting any fitness routine.

First off go get your coffee
brewing and what is so very
important is to also down 2
glasses of water along with
your multi-vitamin and fish
oil or whatever else your
supplementing with.

Then let's shake a little of
that rust off with some
stretches.

Today's set is focused on
the legs.

Form is so very important
to not only prevent injury
but to also better target
the muscle.

When squatting always
think of it going down to
sit in a chair. With your
legs shoulder width apart
and making sure that your
knees never go over your
toes, if you don't see your
toes over your knees while
looking down correct it!
This is the same for lunges.

Do what you can, I am glad
your here with me. At the
end of today's Morning Mass
that will be a total of 500
reps!

Watch out for this Fridays
edition just as last weeks
was tough this is going to
be even crazier than that!
So make sure your up early
enough to take this on!

I may give a hint Thursday
night on Google plus if your
following me over there.

Have a great day today, I
hope it's amazing just as
you are!

Push ups
Crunches

Pick your favorites
and break them into 100

and bodies!
