Morning Mass: Tues. Cardio home routine #7

Hey guys,
How are you today? Hope all is
well. This is our Thanksgiving
week for those that celebrate
and we're gonna get in as
much sweat in as possible! I do
hope that you'll join me in this.
Go get your coffee brewing then
go get your 2 glasses of water
and your multi-vitamin or fish oil
so its a habit that you'll never
forget.
Always seek your Dr.'s approval
before starting any fitness
related program.
This set is to be done 2 to 3 times.
Do what you can and aim to do
better next time. Be excited in the
fact that you are doing something.
A little of something is a lot more
than a whole lot of nothing!
We'll have another Morning Mass
coming at you on Wednesday!
