Morning Mass: Fri. Cardio home routine #6

Hey guys,
it is Friday let's start it off right.
Nothing of true value comes
easy. We have to work for it.

Go get your 2 glasses of water
to drink down along with your
multi-vitamin and your calcium
or whatever else you have so
you will not forget. Start brewing
your coffee so that will be done
when our Morning Mass cardio
session is over.

Today's set is to be performed
2 - 3 times. Do what you can and
aim to do better next time.
You do more sets extra credit
goes to you.

Always get your Dr.'s okay before
starting any fitness routine.

Stretch as well before you begin.
