Station Identification

Good morning, afternoon or Good evening wherever
you may be. I do hope this finds you in good spirits. I
do want to thank you for stopping by here today!

Lots been going on as we're over the halfway mark of
November, which I have dedicated to be all that is
about attachments. Allow me to explain take clothing
for example if you have clothing that is over 6 months
old that you no longer wear or they don't fit like they
did anymore get rid of them. we often say "Well one
day I may wear them!" But lets face we won't and it is
just taking up space, we're donating ours to people
who truly need them and appreciate it.

Attachments of another kind is our expectations that
we place on people and events and when the outcomes
don't match what we feel or what we expected them to
be it derails us. That's something that supports our false
self, our false identity otherwise know as our ego.

When we hold expectations on the outcomes of giving
to people we end up conducting business rather than
kindness. Also if someone has angered you because of
something, that, is also supporting our ego or our false
self. I like how Dr. Wayne Dyer put it when referring to
ego is when we're Edging God Out. The next time when
you are given a choice to be kind or to be right. Always,
always, choose kindness.

You can choose to begin to live with intention, rather
than choosing how your day goes based on the
behavior of others. You can change your frequency.
We live in a vibrational universe. You can choose the
signal that you want to emit.

I was deeply saddened by the recent attacks on Paris
and all over the world. Also in it's aftermath as a way
to continue to spread evil and hate and the labeling of
a group of people based on what they worship. This
needs to end on both sides. What you see in others is
what you see in yourself. To make it as clear as possible,
terror is not a religion.

What makes me proud though is the people that do stand
together and use this to be more positive, to exhibit more
kindness and love to those affected and right in their very
home no matter what the address is. All the images of the
rest of the world lighting up around to show their support
of Paris was and is inspiring.

That leads to me to add that there is a lot going on in our
camp in an effort to help light up the world. We're in the
beginning stages of writing a book. Also a joint effort
between Lessons from the Loo author Julie Rogers and
myself called Lighthouse Legionnaires. We'll be starting
a community / group on Facebook on Monday November
30th tentatively. A place to create awareness within, to
find more inner peace and in turn be also more productive.
To show your gratitude big or small in your daily discovery
whatever that may be. A community of friends and new also
new ones forged. To be a beacon of hope and to light up
the world for all those who may need it. A website and blog
will be coming soon so be on the lookout for that. If you
would like to be a contributor for that let me know. Also if
you want to join the Facebook community just leave your
email with me here. Dave's email and I'll send you the links.

The theme for December will help us finish and to also
plan for the upcoming year ahead. So lots going on but
that's okay. That's how we like it!

I want to thank you again for stopping by here today and
taking your time out to visit. Have a blessed day and always
remember to keep...

Challenge Groups (what are they?)

Living out Louder Challenge Groups

Beachbody Challenge Groups, you've probably
have heard of them, seen alot of them maybe in
your news feed or maybe even have been invited
to be a part of one but what the heck are they?

Well for one Beachbody is the Health and fitness
company behind the most popular (and the #1
infomercials on tv) fitness programs P90X, T25,
Turbofire, Insanity, Piyo, 21 Day fix and the most
super food, dense nutrition meal replacement on
the planet Shakeology.

Beachbody Challenge Groups are the best way to
stay motivated and get in shape fast by also doing
it with a community of others who have the same
goals as you. A Challenge Group is a fun and also
exciting way to get the constant inspiration and
encouragement you need to stay committed and
achieve your fastest results. I can attest to all of
this as I have participated and as a coach ran my
own challenge groups.

Ask yourself, how many times have you started
but quit an exercise program? I have quit way too
many times in the past. Whether it was because of
having zero confidence and or the proper program
geared towards results or even knowledge on what
and how to do it. When you start a business you need
to have a success/accountability partner well it goes
for here as well. Study after study has shown when
pursuing a goal SUCCESS rates goes through the roof
when part of a group! It's the accountability that keeps
you going when you want to jump ship!

So what are Challenge Groups?

Challenge Groups is results!

They are TRANSFORMATION!
Challenge Groups are for people that are very
SERIOUS about bringing change into their life!

Doesn't mean you're not scared, I have been
many times, we all have our days when we will
doubt ourselves but that's we're the group and
most importantly me as your Coach comes in.
When you do encounter those days we will be
there to lift you up, to not give up, to keep going
and striving towards your goal!

If you have been following me for any length of
time you will know that my passion is helping
people. I have been studying the body and how the
human mind works for years. How we tick and to
overcome those dis-empowering habits to build
and forge new positive and life changing habits.

To developing confidence through fitness, nutrition,
and community anything is possible. In fact it is my
life's goal to help you see that impossible is possible!

That the power has been within you all along!

What are your goals? Ask me and I can help find
the right program and group for you!

6 Traits of the Mentally Strong

Good Morning, Afternoon or Good Evening
wherever you may be. I do hope this finds
you in good spirits. Today I wanted to talk
about habits of the mentally strong and this
post is the first in five parts.

Living out Louder is all about the mind and
the body. The mind will be one of the most
important muscles we'll ever work. When
we quest to get our body physically fit it
is equally important to develop our mind
to get mentally strong. The more we work
on these traits the more ingrained they
are into our day to day habits.

1. They don't expect success overnight.
Whether they are getting a new business
of the ground or improving their health
and fitness, they understand that lasting
change takes time.

2. They don't give up with the first failure.
Failure is not a reason to give up. They
view failure as an opportunity to grow and
improve. To be willing to keep trying till
they get it right.

3. They get up EARLY!
The masters, the successful get up early.
They MAKE the time to get up early and
get things done while the rest of the world
sleeps and takes it easy. How much do
you think you could get done with a few
extra hours? Some are always asking if
only I had a few more hours in the day.
Commit to start getting up early.

4. They eliminate the distractions.
Whatever that may be it may be high
amount of cell phone use checking into
facebook every 10mins or could be the
after work ritual of sitting in front of the
empty box for hours till we fall asleep.
There is a time and a place for everything.
They are working on their goals in place
of allowing to be habitually distracted.

5. They choose to see the past as a lesson.
They know what doesn't happen or what
does happen is of their own doing. Luck
has nothing to do with it. That everything
is asked for, believed in and then it was
received. They know that the past does
not define them. That when someone has
made a mistake they are forgiven and a
chance to make things right in the future.

6. They don't feel sorry for themselves.
They don't waste time on things that they
cannot control. You're in your current
situation  because you either put yourself
there or decided to stay there! Research,
ask for help, do anything to change it if
you don't like where you are.

Change is inevitable but
personal development is a choice.
That is one of my many favorite quotes
that I learned from my mentor that I like
to keep reminding myself of.

Nothing is overnight but with practice
these traits will become yours. It is
a conscious decision that we are here
to get better and better and uplift
others with our strengths.

Do you have any habits or traits that
you have used with great success? I'd
love to hear it the comment section.
I want to thank you for stopping by here
today. We're all in this together, if I
can be of any help never hesitate to
ask.

Always remember to keep.....

What's YOUR story?

Your story is magnificent!

Good Morning, Afternoon or Good Evening wherever you
may be. I do hope this finds you in good spirits. I want to
Thank you for stopping by here today! Today I wanted to
ask you "What's YOUR story?"

What do I mean?

You know, that inner talk, that inner dialogue that you
have with yourself everyday.

This is of the utmost importance!

As we are always trying to change multiple things on
the outside of ourselves, we actually need to begin
with changing the inside of ourselves.

Does your typical inner dialog or story sound similar?
"Life is so hard and cruel?"
"Why does everything have to be a struggle?"
"I never have enough!"
"I will never get ahead!"
"Why bother anymore, it's just not in the cards for me!"
"I just feel so lost!"
"I'm SO out of shape, I'm not strong enough, I can't!"
"I don't think I can do it?"
"I've tried and have failed so many times, I give up!"
"Every time I think I get ahead BAM life slams me down!"

Have you ever said any of the above to yourself? Is it
on a consistent basis? Whether you know it or not you
are actually continuing to bring more of that into your
life! The law of Attraction states that what we think
about, we bring about. What we think on a regular basis
and with great emotion we will bring that into existence.

Now most of that concept, that law, is hard for many to
understand because it requires us to be brutally honest
with ourselves. Honest that most if not all of the many
circumstances in our life we have brought on by default.

Now many still may not want to understand that or how
it works but many don't have a real understanding of how
electricity works yet we know it's there, that it's always
at work and we get to enjoy it.

So the best way to change these unfavorable situations
is to start from within. To start having a better dialogue
with yourself and start telling yourself a better story!
Do that every single day!

Examples could be.
"Life is a miracle and I'm ready for the gifts that await
for me today!"
"Love and Joy are all around me and I will do my part
to pass that on to everyone that I will come across!"
"I will live my truth!"
"I will never give up on my dream of encouraging and
saving someones life today!"
"I need to be the change I want to see in the world!"
"To feel more love around me I need show more love!"
"I am strong and getting stronger everyday!"
"I will overcome every challenge that is before me
as it another example to learn more about me!"
" I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH!"

These can be great starters for you to begin today
of telling yourself a new story. To begin to bring
about more of the experiences that you want into
your own life. Whether you knew it or not these
are affirmations but there will be more of that on
another post! Have you ever said any these to
yourself? What would you add to these? I would
love to hear about it in the comments below.

Thank you again for stopping by here today and
I'm always here to help however I can.

Remember to keep....

P.S
Don't forget about our next Challenge Group
that starts on March 2cnd!

Competition vs Creating

The Energy within you is limitless...

Good Morning, Afternoon or Good Evening wherever
you may be. I do hope this finds you in good spirits
Thank you for stopping by here today to read our new
post we have for you titled Competition vs Creating.

When you think of the word competition you tend to
think of a race or you against another person in a some
sort of challenge and without knowing it you are! Let
me explain.... when we tend to see people in a house
we like, a nice car, great job, or even of a body we
we have we tend to go in instant complaint. Why do
they have this? They don't even value what they have!
Why do others have it so great where I continue to
struggle? I will NEVER have anything?

Sound familiar?

We tend to focus on what we don't have rather than
the blessings that we currently have and enjoy. The
focus though is on lack and if we continue to focus
and repeat to ourselves on a daily basis that we are
without, guess what.. we'll continue to get more of
of that.

So instead of this competing with others that we
seem to constantly do, get into a creation mode.

Many of the most successful are not concerned with
competition they are too busy creating!

We are here to enjoy life, we are here to create
joyous experiences for ourselves! What we think
of we will bring about - energy flows where
attention goes. We cannot be at a constant guard
of what we think, that's just too much work, what
we go by is our emotional guidance system. If
anything doesn't make you feel right it isn't and
should be discarded. If it makes you feel alive
then embrace it, whatever it is.

The next part in creating though is the "work"
that makes us in a joyous state. So whatever
THAT may be.. do more of it! Playing the guitar,
painting, photography, writing, helping and
being in the service of others do it! Do much
more of it!

When you see the house you like next time say
I love that house, aspects of that house I want
that in my experience. The next time you see
or hear of the great career get into creating by
saying I love that and I want it into my experience.
Seeing the athletic body that you favor, get
going start creating by saying I love that and I
will have that in my experience!

The take away message is stop the habit of
thinking that you're in lack and in a competition.
Put that great energy to better use a better you!

So get creating more states of emotional joy,
create more content for your business, create
more art, create more harmony within yourself,
create more love between you and your partner
to spread into the family. Count your blessings
and you'll find that you;ll have many more..

I want to thank you again for stopping by here
today, we're all in this together. Let me know
if I can ever be of any help to you..

Remember to keep...

Decide, Commit, Succeed

Decide, Commit, Succeed

Good Morning, Afternoon or Good
Evening wherever you may be. Thank
you for stopping by here today, it has
been awhile. I do hope this finds you
in good spirits. Have lots to share with
you and to catch up on but this post
was something I had to share first not
originally planned but something that
has been on my mind the most the last
couple of days..

We all have wants, wishes, dreams and
desires. Which ones are really important
to you? Do you feel like you're drifting?
Nothing good really happening? Maybe,
just maybe.. it is that you haven't set out
a list of goals. You see Goals are dreams
with a deadline. No matter how big they
may seem or how outlandish it sounds, It
is something you are going to be working
towards. Fix it upon your mind, decide,
declare what you really want! I'd like to
share a quote from Wallace D. Wattles.

"The more clear and definite you make
your picture then and the more you dwell
upon it, bringing out all it's delightful details
the stronger your desire will be, and the
stronger your desire, the easier it will be
to hold your mind fixed upon the picture
of what you want."

So sit down take the time you need, find
out, what do you REALLY want.

Stop drifting, end the randomness. Do not
put any limits on what you come up with.

Your goals will be your map to propel you
forward... doesn't matter how long it takes
you will find a way.

I wanted to keep this short and sweet today
to give you something to think about during
your day today. Maybe you already do know
and you have to focus back your eyes on
the prize. Allow this to be your nudge to do
just that. I'm going to borrow a phrase that
is used heavily in beachbody and that is....

DECIDE, COMMIT, SUCCEED

Always remember to keep....

The Ultimate SIn

You are not alone.
You may think that the despair
that you're feeling, this utter
hopelessness has left you to
think that you are totally alone
in this world. That no one can
possibly have any idea what
you are going through.

The pains of disappointment,
of traumas may have left you
with the feeling of why try at
all anymore. So you have, you
have given up. Given up that
anything good will come your
way ever again.

You are not alone.
Your struggle is my struggle.

I am also here to say that you
can turn this all around. That
you can have what you want,
what you deserve.

To fill your life with the child
like wonderment of what is
next. To fill your life once more
with confidence, with love and
people that will encourage you
to reach for new heights.

Your setback is the platform for your comeback!

You know deep down, there
is something in you. Much
more than what you may be
giving out. And there is! You
may have just forgotten what
it feels like.

The Ultimate Sin is to not live
up to your potential.

You are better than this.
Your setback is the platform
for your comeback. The only
way to turn this around is to
act. To make your stand firmly
into the ground.

You will not stand alone.
I will stand with you, every step
of the way. Throughout every
stumble, throughout every small
victory we will rise once more.
Together.

To go even further, in August I
will be doing the P90X program.
I'm now forming an accountability
group. This is our chance to be
able to show our friends, our
family, the world that anything
can happen.

Most importantly to show to
ourselves once more that
if committed no barrier can
stand in our way.

Email me here Dave's email for
any details on joining our team.
