Morning Mass: Wed. Cardio home routine #7

Hey guys,
It's the day before Thanksgiving
So let's get as active as we can
and bust out a sweat!
First go get your coffee brewing
then grab 2 glasses of water and
your multi-vitamin or calcium or
whatever else you may have.
Stretch! And always seek your
Dr.'s okay before starting any
fitness program.
Today's set is for 4 times!
That is the minimum!
You can do whatever you set
your mind to!
Have a great day today and your
holiday tomorrow is just as
wonderful!
