Morning Mass: Wed Cardio home routine #6


Hey guys,
Its Wednesday and that means its
Hump day and the week is half
over. We're gonna get moving this
morning tho. First get that coffee
brewing and down 2 glasses of
water along with your multi-vitamin
and fish oil so you make it a habit
and not forget.
Always get your Dr.'s okay before
starting any fitness routine.
Today's set is meant to be done
2-3 times
Do what you can and relish in the
fact that your doubt something. The
Only ones that fail are the ones that
do nothing.
