Morning Mass: Mon. Cardio home routine #6

Hey guys,
Happy Monday the weekend is over
and time to get back to kicking some
butt!! First go get your coffee brewing
then drink 2 glasses of water with
your multi-vitamin and whatever else
you may have.
Always get your Dr.'s approval before
starting any fitness routine.
Today's set is meant to be done 2-3
times.
