Morning Mass: Wed. Cardio home routine #8


Hey guys,
It is Wednesday and time to
work up a sweat. I do want
to add if this something that
you can only do after work
then great! We're happy to
have you!
Always get your Dr.'s okay
before starting any fitness
routine.
Go get that coffee brewing
then down 2 glasses of
water with your multi-
vitamin and with your fish
oil or whatever else you
may have.
Warm up a bit with a little
stretch then perform this
set 2-3 times.
You are capable of anything
that you put your mind d to!
So it is hump day after all
so I hope you have one
amazing day!
