Morning Mass: Fri. Cardio home routine #5




Hey guys,
Its Friday, the weekend is
almost here. So let's kick
it all off in style! But first
I want you to get those
two glasses of water and
take them with your
multi-vitamin or fish oil
so that you will not
forget! Now also get your
Coffee brewing first!

Please seek your Dr.'s
approval before starting 
any fitness routine!

Today's set is meant to
be performed 2-3 times.

Do what you can, your
doing something and that
is what is important.
