Hey guys, its Friday morning
and we have your new routine.
First go make your coffee, get
your 2 glasses of water, take
your multi-vitamin and what
ever else like your extra calcium
and fish oil.
Stretch to get warmed up
(Now I need to say this always
Consult your doctor before
starting any fitness program.)
20 Jabs alternate each arm as
if throwing a punch, use your
resting hand to protect your face.
10 Side crunches concentrating
on your left side.
20 Squats Have your feet spread
out to shoulders width apart.
Then squat as if sitting in a chair.
10 Side crunches concentrating
on your right side.
20 High knees as if you were
kneeing someone in the chest
alternate each leg.
Repeat this 2-3 times
Do what you can never risk
straining or hurting yourself.
But make no mistake, you are
Never too old or out of shape
to start up anything!
Challenge your body you end
up challenging your mind.
Growing stronger through
effort and sweat!
