Morning Mass: Wed. Power Legs




Hey guys,
It's Wednesday, and that means
it is Legs day. My favorite day
to train!  

Today's set above is to be
performed 5 times!

As a disclaimer, please seek
your Dr.'s approval before
starting any fitness routine.

There are many benefits to
training your legs. One of
the many is when properly
trained, the trapped HGH
in our legs are released not
only is this for lean muscle
growth but is a huge fat
burner!

So legs is the fastest way to
getting closer to our goals!
And builds an overall
foundation.

5 times today and for a 
bonus we're doing a wall
sit for one minute at the
end!

You can do anything!
