Morning Mass: Core Focus



Hey guys,
It is Wednesday, so that means
another gathering of Morning
Mass will begin. Typically that
means it's legs day but for just
today we are going to focus on
our core!

(Disclaimer: please get your 
Dr.'s approval before starting
any fitness program)

Our core and strengthening it
is vitally important. All that we
do derives from it. It will also
create balance so that there are
less of a chance for injuries.

Where you see an L or an R this
will indicate your Left side and
Right side respectively.

Make sure that you are staying
hydrated. As a habit I like to
down 2 glasses of water every
time I wake up. You will have
the time for your coffee and
breakfast after the routine.

The end of the set has us doing
a plank for 30secs. If your are
feeling adventurous hold the
plank for 60 seconds.

We are striving to do today's
set a total of 5 times!

Do what you can, and commit
to do better next time.
