Taking Back Sunday.. (What it means to me)

     Good Morning, Afternoon or Good Evening wherever you may be!
Thank You for stopping by our site today, I sure do appreciate it! Today I wanted to share with you what Sundays mean to me.

     Far too often the week goes by so fast and the weekends even faster! (Why is that by the way?) For us that are making an effort to eat cleaner and lead an an active lifestyle our days seem to be much busier fitting it all in although it is very rewarding. To better meet our goals planning is essential. (See previous post "Fail to Plan, You Plan to Fail")

     On Sundays whether I'm at work and or Workout it is a day that I like to use as a day of reflection, what was good about the previous week or what I could have done better. Also to Plan for the week ahead as far as preparing meals, grocery shopping and to also plan when I'm going to workout. I typically do all of this early Sunday Mornings while having coffee after breakfast listening to Country and Blues radio.

     It's a great way for me to be grateful for what I do have and what's come into my life but to also have a plan of attack for the coming week. Your either letting things happen to you or you are making things happen for you!

     Taking the time to review, reflect and recharge will get you much faster to your goals!
