Morning Mass: Cardio Home Routine #1




As I stated yesterday, I will be posting
routines that you can do at home while
waiting for your coffee to brew.

Grab your two glasses of water, drink
those down. Make your coffee and get
going. Always stretch before doing anything and always consult your doctor before doing any work out plan.

Today is nothing complicated but enough to get your heartbeat up and get your blood pumping. Try and do this set 2-3 times.

Then grab your coffee and your breakfast and start your day with more focus. This would be apart from anything else you may do during the day whether at home or the gym.
