going to close this and the end
of the year in style. Just like
last Friday we are doing 2012
reps!

Pick any combination of moves
with the goal of having done
2012 reps!
Squats
Lunges
Sumo Squats
Side Kicks
Back Kicks
Front Kicks
Jumping Jacks
Crunches
Jabs
Upper Cuts
High Knees
Am I missing any?

Take as much breaks as you
need to regain your breath.
Break it up into chunks such
as 100 reps or 250 reps, before
you know it you have done
2012!
You are capable of so much
more than you realize!
