Morning Mass: Monday Strong



Hey guys,
Happy Monday! I am glad that
you could join me for another
Morning Mass: Monday Strong.
A brand new week that we will
kick off on a high note.

On Mondays we tend to put the
focus on the upper body. There
is also two new moves added in
which are bicep curls and also
tricep kickbacks. You can add
weight to these by either using
a canned good of even a gallon
of milk or juice. Just don't spill
of open now!

This set is meant to be done for
a total of 3 times.

Please get in your 2 glasses of
water in and take your multi
vitamin and whatever else you
take so you will not forget. Do
some stretching and get to it.

There is absolutely nothing 
that you cannot do. The only
limits that you have are the 
ones that you impose on
yourself!
