Happy Wednesday, thank you for
joining me for another gathering
of Morning Mass: Core Focus.
Strengthening our core will lead
to greater stability and will also
prevent injuries.
I'll assume you have already have
downed your 2 glasses of water?
No? Okay I'll wait here, get them
now and continued reading while
you also down your multi vitamin
amd fish oil and whatever else.
Do some light stretching and get
right to it. We're starting with
side crunches on our left side,
then on our right. Then straight
into a plank position but where
you raise one leg and hold for
60 seconds. Lower then raise
the other leg and hold this for
60 seconds then lower slowly.
Then into full sit ups where
we will move to the wall and
slide down to form into a wall
sit for 60 seconds.
This set is to be done 4 times.
Do what you can and strive
to do better next time.
