Morning Mass: Friday Frenzy


Hey guys,
Happy Friday, its the end of the
week, so let's make a good one.
On Fridays we tend to focus on
The lower body.

Make sure upon waking to
get in 2 glasses of water and
your multi vitamins or fish
oil or whatever else you may
take so you will not forget.

Todays set we start with
lunges for the right leg
then when we see it again
it will be for the right leg.

This whole set is to be
done a total of 5 times.
