Hey guys,
Happy Friday and thank you
for joining me for another
gathering of Morning Mass.
Today is another total all
over body workout like we
did on Wednesday.
Before we start anything I
want you to down your two
glasses of water and your
multi vitamin, fish oil or
calcium so you will never
forget!
Do some light stretches to
warm up and then let's hit
the bricks or in our case,
the rug or hardwood floor.
Today's set is to be dome for
3 times. If you feel you want
or need more, simply just do
one more set.
Our single leg raise plank is
to be held for at least 30 secs.
Then raise the other leg and
hold for the same amount of
time!
Nothing good or worthwhile
is easy but be proud that you
are doing something! Always
strive to do just a little more
the next time.
Strengthen your body you
will strengthen your mind!
The two are inseperable!
Let's end this week on a high
note!
And always make sure your
eating a protein rich meal
after this! Breakfast is the
most important meal of the
day!
