Morning Mass: Total Body Solution



Hey guys,
Thank you for joining me for
another Morning Mass. I've 
got a nice one for you today.

Part of this which should be
everyday is go get your two
glasses of water and drink
those down with your multi
vitamins and whatever else
you take so you won't forget.

Okay loosen up, do some lite
stretching and let's get to it.

Form is so important and so
is having fun, so put on your
favorite music while you are 
doing this!

Today's set is to be done 5 x.
